How to prepare for your appointment.
Be present if signing.
If you need a witness- bring one. At this time we do not offer witness services.
Make sure your documents are filled out and there are no blanks or missing pages. (Prior to the signature. Do not sign until you are present before the notary)

Sat 8:00 AM- 6:00 PM
Sun 8:00 AM- 6:00 PM
Emergencies can be scheduled around 1100-1:00 Tues-Fri. Please text or reach out if its an emergency and the emergency fee will be applied.
Notarial acts (Per Signature) >3 signatures- $10.00 Per signature 3-5 Signatures- $40.00 5-8 signatures- $50.00 8-10 signatures- $80.00 If needing more than 10, pricing will be a custom quote.
Booking fees are based off of 25 mi radius from 351 Waldrop Rd Grant, AL If you are further than that the prices are as follows:
26-33 miles: $45.00-55.00
33-40: $50.00-55.00
40+ miles: $50.00+ or a case-by-case custom quote
We do not charge extra for after hours and weekends- since this is currently our normal business hours.
If you have an emergency, or urgent immediate signing there is a $30.00 surcharge.
I offer secure transport to FedEx, UPS or USPS for a $15.00 delivery fee, plus small cost for envelope, stamp or label IF needed.
Things you can do for a successful Notarization
Bring your picture ID (If you are remote inking, have 2 forms of picture ID ready) State Driver’s License, State ID Card, U.S Passport, Military ID, Government Employee ID, Permanent Resident Card/ Green Card. CANNOT be expired, must have photo, must be physical (no copies), Name must match document.
