Can you explain or give legal advice about my document?

No. As a notary public, I cannot provide legal advice, interpret documents, or advise you on which notarial act is required.
Do all signers need to be present?

Yes. All individuals whose signatures are being notarized must be present at the time of notarization.

With Remote Wet Ink Notarization I serve anyone in Alabama. Mobile services are provided for Huntsville, Hampton Cove, New Hope, Owens Cross Roads, Grant, Guntersville, Gurley, Scottsboro, Albertville and surrounding areas. Feel free to reach out if you have questions.
What is Remote Wet Ink Notarization?

Remote Wet Ink Notarization (RIN) allows signers and the notary to meet by live audio-video communication. It is recorded, and will follow Alabama law, and procedures. You will need a computer, tablet or smart phone with microphone and internet connection. Zoom is used for these, so ensure you have Zoom downloaded on your device. You will have to mail the documents using a secured method (Tamper proof/tracked shipping) or hand deliver. This is convenient for people who have mobility issues, health issues or just want the convenience.
What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept Cash, Venmo, Paypal, Credit/Debit and Stripe. I will send you an invoice prior to payment. Payment is due prior to the service.
After hour fees?

No. Since after hours are my specialty, I do not charge any after hour fees. Honeycomb Notary knows that business keeps on buzzing even after 4 pm! If you have questions on pricing checkout the Customer Resources page. I do offer packages to businesses for continued support.
